Soul Connections Where Mind,Body &Soul Unite
Come experience, discover, find, strengthen, or release what your soul may be searching for. I believe selfcare/love is the key.
In my practice, I offer Intuitive Reiki, Sound Healing, Meditation, DoTerra Aroma Touch Technique, IET Healing, and more.
Let's face it, we all are surrounded by negative energy, so here are some ways to help reduce it.
This morning, as we are pulling up our driveway βΊοΈ from work.
When your husband says... "Come on honey, let's go get our nails done, we work hard." At that point, you realize even more π― how lucky you are. He not only takes me, it is a "day date,"and he gets his done too.
These are the moments to treasure β¨οΈ
We certainly can't be perfect every day, but every day when we wake up, and our intentions are to follow a certain way of life then we are starting our day off with the very best of ourselves β¨οΈ.
I love this wise prayer below. Taking in the wisdom and foresight of others, along with sharing our own wisdom, can be exactly what you or someone else may need β€οΈ
Ok, so this is me... but you still love me, right lol
New inspiration β¨οΈ in honor of someone who touched my life in ways I can't explain. Dawn Boening believed in me and supported me to her last breath. She showed me things through her eyes. The tattoo in the lower corner was on her arm, I loved it from the day I first meant her and before she passed a year ago I took a picture of it told her she inspired me and it was going on my back. I love you, Dawn!
Happy birthday, my friend π§‘. You may not walk this earth, but not a day goes by that I don't know you are with me. However, I do miss you, our talks, our Reiki sessions, and our adventures.
It was a year ago today I had the privilege of giving you your last Reiki session. I treasure our connection π, love you always! Thank you for believing in meβ¨οΈ.
When we "Let it go," so many other things open up for us.
Letting go was never a strong suit for me personally, and if I am being honest, it is something I could still struggle with if I allowed myself.
However, I have come to realize a couple of things... Life has a plan
Not all people or things are meant
to stay part of your life.
You can move on, be ok, and
yet not forget.
Lessons are part of growth β¨οΈ so
embrace them.
When one door closes another
opens.
Letting go isn't always for the
worse and releases so much
more π«Ά.
I want to welcome my great neices, Avery and Addison, into the world β¨οΈ. They are officially a month old, but they had a long haul to be where they are.
This picture was taken on Sunday, and it was the first time they got to meet each other since being born. Addison has a ways to go and doctor appointments to follow , however, they say there is strength in the power of twins.
I personally can't wait to give them each their first in person Reiki session β₯οΈ
I find myself always looking... when I am in the house, I am looking out the window, when I am outside I am looking all around, when I'm in the car I am always looking. You never know what you may see, what may call to you , remind you of something or someone, or if it's that sign you've been looking for.
This morning, my husband and I were headed home from one of our jobs, and I fell asleep to my husband, waking me up to look out the window so I wouldn't miss this beautiful sight.
Don't stop looking... all things come to you when it is supposed to.
I'm not sure about all of you, but a lot has been going on lately, and not every day comes together the way I planned. Having shared that, I feel that this perfectly is something to remember when people have those feelings.
Words to live by...
Just to be able to catch a glimpse of this stunning sunrise brings gratitude to the start of my day. It is too beautiful not to share β¨οΈ.

Happy Sunday! Enjoy your day π
Ok, today is my 14th anniversary of having the gastric bypass. I am currently 23 lbs heavier than my lowest weight, but I lost 137 lbs, and to keep most of it off in 14 years is an accomplishment.
This surgery is a tool, not a fix all and it is one of the hardest things I have ever done. Love yourself first, use your tools given to you, and watch all other things fall into place.
There are definitely tools for all things we do. Meditation, Reiki, IET, DoTerra Essential Oils, all of these are wonderful tools! Don't set anything aside. Rather, embrace it
