Hello my hype fitness squad! ππ»ββοΈ
As most of you know my husband got hit by a truck then a boat trailer on his bike on Saturday. Hes going to be okay and we are so lucky as the situation could of been way worse. We have a little road to recovery but thankful. β€οΈ Thank you all for the check ups and kind msgs. It means a lot to us all. β€οΈ
As most of you know I have been working and pushing myself thru a hip injury and itβs just not just not getting better. π₯²My body and mind is craving not just physical rest but also mental rest as the injury is taking a lot of energy from me and my passion. π
Scott and I have decided to take this coming week off as our holidays early as both need the rest mentally and physically. π΄ I truly believe this was a big sign for the both of us to slow down, listen to our bodies and rest and reset together and as a family. π₯°
Tbh with the situation over the wknd it was just a big eye opener what is important and how fast things could of changed and what we have to be grateful for. π
I know youβll all be so great and understanding.
You all of been on this hip situation with me and probably sick of hearing about. π€£
Admitting to rest or to rest used to be such a hard thing for me to admit but stepping into meditation and minduless and as a fitness and health provider I know how important it is but rest and recovery is an equally essential component of an exercise program because it gives the body time to repair, rebuild, and strengthen itself. π€π»
I know this is a right decision so we can finish of the summer session with a strong, happy and the hype fitness vibes we all create together. π
