Keep walking with your kids through the failures. Be that dad that picks them up and gets them back on the bike, or back to the goal they have that discouraged them. They may not thank you then, but they will thank you later. I’m also reminded of Psalm 23, “though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not fear because YOU are with me”The Father walks with us through everything, let us model the Father to our children.And yes I do realize a little extreme between riding a bike and walking through the valley of the shadow of death, but you get the idea 😂
