This orange creamsicle mocktail is delicious year round! In fact, my sister said it’s her favorite of all the mocktails I’ve made this year!

Just add 1 can Orange Vanilla seltzer water to a glass with ice. Add 2 packets stevia, a squeeze of fresh orange, and stir!

It’s super simple but incredibly delicious!

Super Easy Homemade Hummus in under 5 minutes
I will never buy store-bought hummus again after making it at home! It tastes fresher and only takes 4 ingredients plus salt!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup tahini
Juice from one lemon
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 can (15oz) chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
3/4 teaspoon salt (adjust to your taste)

Directions:
Drain and rinse chickpeas
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy…it’s that simple!

Optional Add-ins:
Garlic
Mediterranean herbs
Paprika
Cumin
Everything Bagel Seasoning

Serve with veggies, crackers, pretzels, pita bread

My family has always been good about making a gluten free version of every dish on family dinner night so I don’t feel left out. We used gluten free spaghetti, a sandwich roll for garlic bread tonight, and gluten free yellow cake mix for the apple crisp. It was a heavenly meal!

This Golden Milk Latte is an anti inflammatory drink that will warm your soul!

Ingredients:
Mug full of coconut milk (about 12oz)
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of black pepper
1 tablespoon honey

Directions:
1. Warm milk in microwave safe mug for 2 minutes
2. Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, and honey and stir to combine
3. Use a frother to make it extra creamy!

When you’re gluten free and craving Chinese food, you have to make it yourself (depending on where you live). This pork fried rice recipe is so good! I actually used 96$% lean ground beef to keep It lower in fat and high in protein, and it was freaking amazing!

The best mocktail I’ve made all year starts with a cucumber mint simple syrup!

Whenever we go to Cincinnati, we have dinner and get the Cucumber Mint Topo Chico. My family and I love them so much that we recreated it this weekend and it’s too good not to share!

Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 cup granulated sugar (I use organic sugar)
1/2 English cucumber, sliced
Handful of mint leaves (about 20ish leaves)
Sparkling water (we use
Extra slices of cucumber and mint leaves for garnish
Slices of lime, optional but delish as garnish

Directions:�In a small sauce pan, combine water and sugar and cook over medium high heat until the sugar has completely dissolved, stirring often.
Turn off heat, add cucumber slices and mint leaves. Stir and let sit for about 2-4 hours.
Strain into a glass jar and store in fridge for up to 1 week.
Pour a couple tablespoons of syrup into a glass filled with ice, then top off with sparkling water (we use Topo Chico).
Garnish with cucumber and mint leaves and slices of lime and enjoy a refreshing mocktail any time of year!

This protein apple crisp is so good you’ll want to eat it every day this fall! And it’s gluten, dairy, and soy free!

Ingredients:
1 large apple, diced
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 serving vanilla protein (I use vegan shakeology)
2 tablespoons oats
1 tablespoon butter (I use vegan butter)

Directions:
Add diced apple, maple syrup, and cinnamon to a 14oz baking dish (I got mine at Target)
Add protein powder and oats to the top of the apples
Grate butter over top of protein and oats (it melts more evenly this way)
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Top with dairy free vanilla ice cream (I use
