Hello guys! I hope everyone is safe and well. ❤️🙏 These are trying times. Currently, we are still in a state of community quarantine and the world is still trying its best to beat COVID-19 for us to go back to our normal lives. Until then, this is the perfect time to improve ourselves. Remember the times, when we urged ourselves to do something but ended up having an excuse of: "I don't have time." Now we have a lot of time to TRAIN, learn a new skill, finish a book, binge watch on that Netflix show you've always wanted to watch, but don't forget that this doesn't mean that your fitness and athletic goals are on pause during this time. This is the best time to: 🧘♂️Work on your mobility 🧠Learn and a new skill 💓Work on your conditioning 💥Let your nagging injuries heal 💪🏻Work on your accessory lifts (now you have A LOT of time to do your single-leg exercises and your arm-work😁) 🍗Fix your eating habits The point is once everything is better, and I know IT WILL BE BETTER, we have the opportunity to become better versions of ourselves, so let us not waste it. Stay safe and well everyone. We will see each other soon. Let me know what you guys think. -LA #PerformanceRatio #strengthandconditioning
