It has been a privilege to be part of this new work by Springs Dance Company, choreographed by Lizzi Kew Ross and Heather Richmond. A Time To Mourn, A Time To Dance embodies a kaleidoscope of grief and joy. The tension between grief and joy has been very real for me over the past couple of months. Being part of this work, alongside such loving and kind artists, has been a beautiful space for me to process.
