God was preparing me my entire life for what I get to do now. 💚 When I was 10 years old I hosted my birthday slumber party. God inspired my heart to crown the girls that I invited, to speak into their identity, and to pray for them at my sleepover. Girls were sobbing and receiving healing at my slumber party. 👑. When nobody was watching…Without a platform…. Without the applause…. Although my story has twists & turns from the time in between that glimpse of destiny and now, I can truly say that I have seen God’s faithfulness.🥹✨. Earlier this year, I was left in awe to live in a full circle moment at our first Emerald Gala. It is one my greatest honors to mentor survivors of sexual trauma, sex trafficking, & exploitation from different parts of the nation. I get to witness and be a part of women shattering generational cycles & shackles on a daily basis. AND THEN I get to watch them share their life changing stories of hope, healing, and freedom with family, friends, and our supporters……AND THEN end the night celebrating & crowning each of the Emerald graduates. 💎👏🏽 I hope that reading this empowers the dreamer in you to be patient with your process.
