A complimentary session was organised by ROTARACT CLUB OF SHEGAON AND INNER WHEEL CLUB OF SHEGAON on 5th May.
Over 65 dynamic participants joined the session to learn different breathing techniques and exercises to improve lung health and to overcome anxiety and stress.

Further load is applied onto the spine when the muscles that support the spine are weak. These exercises help strengthen your lower back muscles and stabalize the spine by reducing the load on it. On this very special occasion of teachers day , we would like to thank all the wonderful teachers who are the pillars of our society and have dedicated all their time and effort towards educating and shaping the youth of our country. The most common difficulty faced by our teachers is low back pain . Not only our teachers , but also most of the middle aged population face this difficulty. In this video and we have shown some quick and easy to do stretches for the lower back muscles to get rid of the stiffness and the pain and will also help in maintaining correct postures. Kudos to the backbone of our society , our beloved teachers and may your back always be fit and healthy!
