Flavour: Caramel Ginger

I made this cake for my neighbour and the cake flavour was the birthday boy’s choice so no pressure 😆 Few years ago I made another ginger cake and had a great feedback so was hoping the recipe will work its magic this time again. As I was a guest to the afternoon tea party too, safe to say everyone loved it, even if they weren’t ginger lovers. It was so moist with a very delicate aftertaste of ginger and well balanced sweetness with the caramel buttercream. 👌
