Maybe what you are looking for is not a more “controlled” voice, but maybe that sense of control will come from allowing yourself to be the authority on what your body needs…and listening! 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯 This conversation is one of my favorite moments we’ve had in our sessions- Wojo and I are so similar in that we have a tendency to over-control, overthink, overdo, over-manipulate to make ourselves sound “better”.
