What is BFR Training?๐Ÿ“–

Blood Flow Restriction training was initially used for rehabilitation, but has now evolved into a versatile tool that can enhance muscle growth, endurance, and strength; While continuing to speed up the recovery process for athletes across many sports.

This versatility means that Hytro BFR wearables can be used to increase the demand of low intensity workouts, such as bodyweight exercises or gentle cardio.

The use of BFR is forever expanding and getting more innovative.

Its application can change to meet the demands of the athlete. Blood Flow Restriction use for recovery is becoming increasingly prevalent, especially when combined as part of an existing recovery protocol. It is being combined with other recovery strategies, such as cold-water immersion to compound the recovery effects.

Preparation BFR is becoming increasingly embedded into professional athletes' routines. Hytro BFR wearables allow BFR to be easily adopted into existing pre-exercise routines.
