If you go grocery shopping, avoid buying foods that are easy to snack on. Try to only buy foods that require you to cook a meal! โฃ

If you are going to have snack foods in the house, put them somewhere out of the way. For example: have a bowl of fruit on the kitchen counter and a bag of chips upstairs put away. โฃ

Sit down and enjoy your meals. No distractions! No phone, TV, or anything else that may distract you. Focus on how the food tastes and enjoy each bite and take your time eating. โฃ

We all have food(s) that we easily overeat. Recognize which foods are your trigger foods and try to avoid them and keep them out of the house. โฃ

If hunger isnโt the problem, food isnโt the solution. If youโre stressed, try going for a walk, meditating, calling a friend, paint your nails, do some yoga, etc.โฃ

I donโt know about you, but I find it harder to fight the urge to snack if Iโm bored! When I stay busy, it keeps my mind off snacking. โฃ

Making sure you are drinking enough water can help with reducing cravings. โฃ
