I treated myself to an online CBT course... just for fun.. ;) ...to master my mind in these hectic times. I have been doodling around while listening to the sessions, taking visual notes, as I always do... And I can't help but think: I spent 20 years studying and I had no idea I had such a great learning tool. I remember illustrating everything outside the margins, but I would never dare to go inside to restructure what I had been given. So I thought I'd recreate & share one of these sketches....
