08.15 am at Tatton Park which is free for pedestrians and cyclists from 8am every day except Monday which is closed. Fast march all the way round the lake nasal diaphragmatic breathing all the way. Stunning morning, didnโt rain once. Followed up by quick gym visit, swim, steam, hot pool, shower. Then breakfast of steak, kidney, liver, heart, eggs, sausages, black pudding, (2 cheese hash browns ๐ต) 5 cups of coffee. ๐ช๐๐ oh yes
Beef heart. Slice into slithers. Freeze on glass. Bag when frozen. Looks like treacle toffee. Eat a few slithers each day. Thaw night before. Highly nutritious. Get it down yer. ๐ช๐๐
Avoid all the industrial manufactured foods, that means try to avoid all foods with an ingredientโs list. Eat good quality locally reared butcher meat, fresh fish, quality herbs (home grown if poss) spices, salt (not table). Cold shower at least once a day (can be after warm and alternate, always get out after cold) Learn how to diaphragm breathe so youโre more efficient than chest breathing and youโre using your lower lung lobes which most people donโt do. Do 40 diaphragmatic deep breaths 5 days a week holding your breath with empty lungs at atmospheric pressure each time for 4 times after each 40 deep breaths,then hold your breath on the fifth set and do press ups holding your breath for as long as you can. (This will build cardiovascular strength) Do this for 10 weeks, then do it again for the rest of your life. Walk at least 1~2 miles a day. Do a sport that makes you sweat at least once a week. Yes I drink to much wine but if youโre a drinker itโs probably more important to eat healthy and exercise daily than it is for non drinkers. Staying in good shape while drinking large amounts of alcohol regularly is an art in its self. If youโre a drinker then itโs more vital that you look after your self and stay in the best possible shape. Eat real food, get good sleep, avoid manufactured foods, try to buy from local suppliers if you can. Nasal breath all day and use your diaphragm. Get out into nature as much as possible. Barefoot grounding when you can and get into the sea, lakes, rivers to absorb the goodness. Breath deep and practise breath holds with the lungs empty and full. Remember when breathing outwards to hold the breath at atmospheric pressure. Basically no vacuum, no high pressure. Just breath out until the pressure stabilises and then hold. Maybe try some press ups while holding and then breathe back in deep and hold after the press ups. ๐ช๐๐
Or maybe just donโt drink alcohol ๐ท ๐ no only messing. If you want to enjoy a wine or ale then that is your choice. Sports clubs all over the country have always had bars. Drinking and staying fit is possible but- yes we are most probably better without it. Hhhhhhmmmm ๐

Back in the day before about 1890 we ate good quality stone ground flour from ancient grains. This was fantastic stuff and could keep civilisations in reasonably good health. But there was a problem. Rodents loved it and it had a shelf life of two weeks.
Then we invented the steal milling machine which pulverised the grain, removed the kernel and turned it into pure white flour like we know today. Rodents didnโt like this stuff and it kept indefinitely so was really good for profit but not for nutrition. Years later add pest resistant, high yield modified grains and itโs even more profitable.
If you love bread, but you want to make a more nutritious bread with ancient grains, they can be bought. Also electric or hand powered stone milling machines can be bought. Lots of work but possibly worth the effort if youโre a real bread lover who doesnโt want to be eating nutrient deficient modern pure white flour. Bloody expensive for a machine though! ๐ฌ
No seed oils, no sunburn. Thatโs what happens. Because there are no omega 6 seed oils being stored in your fat cells when you donโt eat them, your body really struggles to get rid of omega 6 because we havenโt evolved to eat large amounts of these fats like we all do in these modern times. Eat real fats. Ditch the highly refined manufactured industrial fats thatโs in most manufactured foods, by the way. Real fresh local food is key to good health.
Single ingredient foods make you lean and strong and keep you like that. ๐ช๐๐
Lion diet works for me but not this Lion diet. I eventually got my health back when I ditched all manufactured, industrial foods. Asthma now virtually gone and very rarely raises its dirty head. Type 1 diabetes under good control most of the time. Stay pretty much the same weight all year.
Clear your cupboards out and put all the manufactured stuff with ingredients lists and bright packaging in the bin where it belongs. Eat the best you can afford. Ideally local produce. Eat less and enjoy being strong, happy and healthy. Get lean and strong now. Start today. ๐ช๐๐

Going in today at Ainsdale beach. Really enjoyed the dip, only 2 minutes but I can still feel the benefits now 3 hours later. My body is glowing. Adding out door dips to your health journey all year round is great for building strong cardiovascular strength. Add a healthy diet. Nasal and diaphragmatic breathing and youโre well on your way to being the best version of your self. ๐ช๐๐
