Going in today at Ainsdale beach. Really enjoyed the dip, only 2 minutes but I can still feel the benefits now 3 hours later. My body is glowing. Adding out door dips to your health journey all year round is great for building strong cardiovascular strength. Add a healthy diet. Bear Grylls diet consists of steak, eggs, liver and honey twice a day. Beef is the original super food that’s been keeping us strong for centuries. Turning non digestible grass into top quality protein, fats, cheeses. Fry rump, sirloin, rib eye, fillet using beef dripping rare 1-2 minutes each side. Serve on a warm plate. Had some strange tingling in my feet and fingers a few weeks back and it scared me a bit TBH because I thought it might be neuropathy caused by my type 1 diabetes. But did a bit of Dr Googling and it said exercise is the best thing for improving circulation. So added more exercise, going for at least an hour a day. Also I’ve added lots of barefoot walking which I’m actually really enjoying. It’s like my new hobby. Going barefoot rocks! Get back to your roots. Caveman styleee! πŸ’ͺπŸ˜€πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ
