So last week we started the free Tai Chi in the Park sessions. Balsall Common was fantastic with 13 people turning up, this week we had six come to Meriden with interest from random walkers ambling by. Sessions are free.
Tomorrow Thursday 14th September you will find us in Lavender Hall Park, Balsall Common at 10am.

Yesterday we said goodbye to Andy, every week Andy would inspire us, he always strived to improve and during the time he attended class his balance and strength improved so much. We first met Andy pre Covid he was pretty much wheelchair bound, during the time we knew him, he pushed himself to regain so much more movement and his wife and sister both said how much the Tai Chi had improved his balance, confidence and quality of life. It was a pleasure to know him and he will be remembered fondly 💙
