Dear William Raveis Family, When I heard that more than 1,000 CMAs were sent out in the first 2 weeks of our Raveis Challenge listing contest, I was impressed! This is an excellent start. I love the proactive enthusiasm to create inventory. The agents who have sent out the most so far are from the following offices: Naples, Fla., Hingham, Mass., and New Canaan, Conn. Remember: The more CMAs you send, the more likely you are to win. The contest runs through May 1 and has 3 categories: individuals, small teams (four or fewer) and large teams (five or more). You will be able to check the contest standings in your branch office and at your sales meetings every two weeks. Keep sending out those CMAs through Moxi Presents! This is an important campaign to position yourself as the expert, as the knowledgeable real estate agent of choice, and win listings. You're providing an important service to the homeowners by helping them understand the potential value range of their home in this ever-changing market, which has exploded in the last two years. You are providing key information to help them make decisions - whether it be to list or refinance their home. And you're adding value to your communities! Be proactive and follow up!
