Quad dominant therefore focus 2 of them focus on glutes & hammies.
I do not press very heavy weights every session!
Activating muscle groups effectively relies on creating a strong neurological connection, your muscles feel the weight, muscles cannot see it.β

So... today I heard something that I actually haven't heard for a while π
not something new though. I could only laugh ....
When I stepped in the elevator, a woman looked at me in shock
"That's a lot of muscle!.... I don't like it but good for you... i did think you were a man when you got in the lift" π€£π€£
Her son was with her too! What kind of example is that setting?
This was how I looked today....
Unfortunately you cannot control the judgement in the world...
When she saw that what she said didn't faze me she said "I admire your confidence "... it wasn't confidence. It was the fact I don't care what opinions you have on my appearance nor life. It's mine. Get your own life! Enjoy it! Stop wasting time telling total strangers what you think of them π€£π€£π€£

So much energy is wasted on worrying about what others think, how we should look/act/feel....

I am not balanced, in the conventional sense of the word, but I know myself now & what works for me. I am the type of person that throws herself into everything π―%..... when it comes to training & diet I always have a goal. And when it comes to life, I always have fun & make the most of the moment! Focusing on everything I CAN do, not the things I can't.
Shoulders are one of my favourite body parts to train, love the burn, going to failure and not being able to fix my hair π

There are 3 heads that make up your shoulder cap;
Front, medial + rear.
Training each head is important in achieving that boulder round cap π
Also remember that front & rear delts get secondary work when chest & back is being trained.
Keep this in mind when structuring your training for the week to achieve symmetry, maintain balance or improve shape.πͺπͺπͺ
