2 years ago today I stepped on stage for the first time and I realized something. I realized I absolutely LOVED it!! Pushing my body to its limits was tough but all the work, sweat and hunger was worth as soon as I stepped on stage and saw the lights and crowd cheering for me. Covid has postponed everything but Iโll be back on stage to make this guy look like ๐ฉ haha

To all my boxing clients and boxing friends out there
Heres 4 simple things you can work on during quarantine without a heavy bag:
1. Skipping- super important for conditioning and footwork plus it looks really cool ๐
2. Shadowboxing it might feel awkward at first especially for beginners but this is your time to really focus on form and not worry about hitting hard (if youโre having trouble feel free to record yourself and then send it to me for coaching ๐๐ฝ)
3. Running- want more endurance pretty simple work that cardio vascular system running is great way to do that while giving your hands a break. Itโs sucks at first but after finishing a good run itโs almost as a good a feeling as a good lifting session... almost ๐
4. Ladder work- if you have actual drill ladder then great but if not use chalk or a marker to make one (hopefully yours looks better than mine) heres 2 simple ladders to work on.
Hope this helps some of you out there, stay strong and focussed I know it sucks being stuck at home all the time but be thankful if youโre healthy and can still focus on your fitness and training. Letโs get it๐ช๐ฝ๐ช๐ฝ๐ช๐ฝ
