To all my boxing clients and boxing friends out there . Heres 4 simple things you can work on during quarantine without a heavy bag: . 1. Skipping- super important for conditioning and footwork plus it looks really cool ๐Ÿ˜Ž . 2. Shadowboxing it might feel awkward at first especially for beginners but this is your time to really focus on form and not worry about hitting hard (if youโ€™re having trouble feel free to record yourself and then send it to me for coaching ๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿฝ) . 3. Running- want more endurance pretty simple work that cardio vascular system running is great way to do that while giving your hands a break. Itโ€™s sucks at first but after finishing a good run itโ€™s almost as a good a feeling as a good lifting session... almost ๐Ÿ˜ . 4. Ladder work- if you have actual drill ladder then great but if not use chalk or a marker to make one (hopefully yours looks better than mine) heres 2 simple ladders to work on. . Hope this helps some of you out there, stay strong and focussed I know it sucks being stuck at home all the time but be thankful if youโ€™re healthy and can still focus on your fitness and training.
