I like to provide a lot of notice to my kid before bed time so it’s not a surprise when it’s time for bed. I like to start right after breakfast usually.

It’s 6:50pm, my kids are on their screens and I don’t know what to make for tonight because it’s the 8,236,921 time I had to think about what to make for tiny people who live in this house with me.
