Using RIR to auto-regulate loads. Within the app if you turn recommendations on and also use RIR it will help auto-regulate. The app will try to keep you in the 1-5 RIR range but this will be adjustable in the future. Shown here is an RIR of 0 (technical failure)… as such the app recommends a 5% load reduction for the next set. In the case of an RIR > 5 it will recommend a 5% load increase. Anyone else use this form of load based auto-regulation? It can be useful to compensate for day to variations in recovery and readiness.
