A mother of 2, Creative soul & lover of all things art & nature 🍂

I am a women’s circle facitator, meditation Teacher, and Holistic Creative Art Therapist here on the central coast.

I am especially passionate about Maternal and women’s mental health and supporting yourself holistically through creative expression and connection to yourself, others and with nature.

As someone who has experienced mental health challenges I wanted to offer a healing space of regular connection to both yourself and others. I know when my cup is empty I find it harder to show up for the people I love most, so I’m there right alongside you as we carve out some much needed special time to nourish ourselves each week.
