was created by & to connect students to black and brown professionals for career exposure and mentorship. They also offer Social Emotional Learning workshops for students and Professional Development Workshops for Educators.

We started making our own hoodies so we had something to wear for our workshops. It it’s a blessing to see how we have elevated to owning an online store and providing students with the opportunity to become brand ambassadors!

We’ve taken the last few days to reflect and prepare for 2024. During that time, we thought about all of the people who we’ve met on this journey….all the ways they eagerly jumped in to support our mission. Of those people, comes to mind.

We met at our second event, and she hasn’t left our side since! Us meeting was certainly divine, because she wasn’t even supposed to be there! You’ve coached us, showered us with resource after resource, AND presented us with opportunity after opportunity.

We are so grateful for this connection and felt it was only right to end this year off with highlighting YOU!

As we prepare for 2024, our goal is more impact. We’re looking to expand our team. We’re planning to collaborate even more! We’re going to continue connecting the dots and providing value for schools and educators. We are preparing to get BUSY. With all of that, we’re also very clear that this is going to take a village. Frankly stated, we can’t do this work with the continued support of the community. We all we got‼️
