This was a burner for my core finisher today! CHALLENGE: (if you have a TRX set) Complete a set of 10 reps of each of these exercises continuously. Rest 30 seconds and then repeat this as many times as you can and see how many sets you can complete without having to rest between exercises. Have Fun πβπ½
