Losing weight, building strength and improving your energy can be narrowed down to a science Here's how to do it: Step 1 - track your data (calories, protein, sleep, steps, water, workouts, biometrics) If its not measured, it can't be managed or optimized Step 2 - make all those variables constants Sleep the same hours, eat the same calories, do the same workouts - don't change anything Step 3 - use your biometrics as feedback to see if you need to change anything If you're losing weight, getting stronger and your waist is shrinking then keep doing what you're doing Otherwise change steps, cardio or calories to bring you into the calorie deficit you need Step 4 - rinse and repeat this method of tracking and optimizing when necessary until you've hit your goal :) I've summarized this entire process in detail in a PDF If you want me to DM you a copy, comment "LEAN" below and I'll send it right over!
