Since it’s still 2023, I feel I still have time to post our Christmas meal 🤣🤦🏼♀️. made amazing red and green enchiladas again this year while I made my second ever batch of cornbread muffins, in addition to lemon olive oil bundt cakes 🤤

Thanksgiving 2023
is our favorite gluten-free/vegan option for pizza in Los Angeles, so when we learned a new one was opening up closer to us in Marina Del Rey, we were soooo excited! We always get both vegan options (Funghi & Margherita) on gluten free crust, and I could not tell you which I like better. The cauliflower besciamella on the Funghi and the sweet tomato sauce on the Margherita make the pizzas what they are 🤤. Thank you, !
Spanish tapas hold a special place in our hearts after having our wedding just outside Barcelona. Learning that half the staff is actually from Barcelona was a nice surprise. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the food, drinks, and customer service were all amazing. We eat GF and mostly plant-based and were able to find plenty of options. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this restaurant.

This instantly became a favorite of and will be a dinner staple at home. The secret is in the sauce 😉
One of my favorite meals in Floripa, Brazil was a Korean restaurant - We met the owner, who was very kind and actually moved from LA (small world!). This meal has inspired some dishes, as well as made me even more excited to go on our planned K-town food tour in LA. So thanks for the amazing food and hospitality!
My new favorite cuisine is Nikkei, so was the perfect spot in Santiago, Chile to get my fix. The restaurant is so beautiful, the staff was amazing, and not only was the food delicious, but we also enjoyed some fantastic Chilean wine. I have officially favorited this spot to ensure I return whenever I make it back to the city.
