🌱Pastéis de Natas!! (GF & Vegan) Our favorite Portuguese dessert 🤤. I had some leftover @justegg and didn’t want it to go to waste, so I surprised @joeyzinho with these delights. I did a quick pastry dough so hopefully they turned out OK 🤞🏻🤞🏻.
Basque Burnt Cheesecake (GF, DF) NYE food prep is in full swing today! @joeyzinho and I decided to create a Spanish tapas menu with paella, patatas bravas, a roasted vegetable tart, a Spanish tortilla, alfajores, lemon olive oil cake, and this amazing cheesecake 🤤 I may need to fast today 🤣

🌱Homemade Graham Cracker Sheet (GF + Vegan) After a short stint out of the kitchen, we are back! Attempting a new cheesecake recipe and wanted to use a homemade graham cracker crust. I’ve made this crust multiple times and will likely never use store-bought ones again. Besides, I don’t think you can get them GF and vegan. I added a little pumpkin spice mix to this batch to go with my pumpkin spice filling. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻🤞🏻 Hoping to have this perfected in time for Thanksgiving 🦃
