Before and after of a basement remodel.
V***r Barrier and a sleeper floor system was put in. Closet has its own switch but due to the low proximity of the ceiling we decided against a drop ceiling and cleaned up and sprayed and encapsulated the ceiling rafters black. . The room has five outlets on three separate breakers. Making the most out of basement space!

This was awesome ! I got a message from a customer thanking me for my work that they dressed all up for the holiday . A built-in shelf and cabinet unit that bridged a window and radiator, wall to wall. And then the front porch that I screened in and enclosed. 🤌

A walk through of a basement in progress thats finally finished. I finished the upper part of the stairwell, re-did the steps, removed the old tired carpet and layed some sexy flat brick tile down. Brick has been sealed and we even changed the wall color in the stairwell to better compliment its surroundings.

A re-coat of a "cedar tone natural" oil modified Sherwin Williams "Super Deck" stain job. Its been several years and the 1st coat over a brand new deck is just starting to fade. No chips or peeling! Just natural UV fade. The 2nd coat permiated very well and will last even longer than the 1st coat.
Below you can see where the furniture has been swapped to the dry finished side as we start cutting in the second coat on the lower half. This oil modified product is very satisfactory as Im very pleased with the longterm results thus far.

Would like to thank and apologize to all my customers that I've had to put off due to my kidney/health problems. Was completely out and bed ridden the beginning of the year as well as late spring. Just getting my energy levels back but still having severe chest pains and fatigue/vision and blood pressure problems.
I tried to funnel as much work to other friends/contractors and painters. I apologize to anyone else I have been out of contact with.
Sherwin Williams even closed my charge account over a small small fee when I was out of work in winter with my intial sickness🤬 not happy about that. It's been a drag getting back into the swing of things but im alive and there are people with worse problems than I.
I will be posting some photos of some jobs I did over the winter soon.
Thank you for reading and understanding
