Portstones "thin brick" sealer application.

A walk through of a basement in progress thats finally finished. I finished the upper part of the stairwell, re-did the steps, removed the old tired carpet and layed some sexy flat brick tile down. Brick has been sealed and we even changed the wall color in the stairwell to better compliment its surroundings.

The "After" of the small bathroom remodel. A cracked flanged caused a leak to apread throughout the subfloor sheathing. Someone attempted to fix it by adding an extra wax ring but never replaced the flange so I replaced the whole floor, framing and added a new flange and a reinforced wax ring.
