This Shiitake liquid culture is almost ready to be put to grain spawn. We have begun our grain spawn production beginning with Turkey Tail. Oh, and we just put some blocks into fruiting. We will have Pohu oyster mushrooms for retail in a few short days. Lions Mane and Chestnut mushrooms to follow in a about 10 days🙂 Mush love to you all!
