AshtangaNamaskara, the knees, chest, chin pose, aids in strengthening the arms, core and back muscles.
This pose is also known as the Salute with Eight Limbs. In Sanskrit, ashta means eight and anga means part while namaskara means salutation. This name comes from the body touching the ground in eight locations during the pose.
You touch the ground with your feet, knees, palms, chest, and chin.
* It also acts as a warm-up for the backbends you'll likely get to later in your practice session. In the sun salutations, it
is the sixth pose.

Beginner's Tip- It's a great way for beginners to work on building the arm strength needed for Chaturanga Dandasana.

A brief profile won’t do Justice to this multi- talented personality!
Basistha completed not only his graduation in Yoga science from Swami Vivekananda Yoga Unsandhan Samasthan, Bangalore , India, but additionally has completed his Masters from the same University.
He has 8 years of experience in teaching Various forms of yoga Such as *Aero Yoga* , *Dance Yoga *, *Hatha *, *Vinyasa Flow* , *Hut Yoga*, *Astanga*and *Advance Yoga* *Yin Yoga * etc .
He rose to fame on the *Indian TV reality show Just Dance* on Star Plus channel.
He is not just a brilliant choreographer, but an extremely talented dancer dabbling with *Freestyle, Bollywood western, Hip hop, Contemporary, Fusion, Robot, Popping Lyrical and Bollyhop Styles*
What’s more, he’s an *internationally certified Zumba instructor* too.
However, the foundation for his amazing fitness and flexibility lies in the Yoga Discipline he follows that lead him earn the credentials of a *certified Yoga Teacher and Therapist too*.

Malaana is a squatting pose that benefits the hips, lower back and digestive system.
This one is the best for constipation, really helps you to p**p (it's true)
Even though some say the word malasana is translated into mala G-asana meaning garland it's true translation is "excrement" because this was taken from ancient India's way to eliminate waste.
Practising also improves metabolism - opens up hips & inner thighs
