Puppy dog is one of those poses overlooked and rarely practiced regularly, which is strange because it has the ability to directly challenge some of the most chronic universal alignment issues we experience as humans.

Getting a full work out done while in these uncertain times can be extremely difficult. I encourage you to find instead small moments where you just explore some movement in a way that gets the heart rate up. Here is one of my favorite ways to quickly work out when I’m feeling restless. Hello Everyone,
Slowly, but surely, I have launched my website www.aligneverywhere.com!

There you will find my first blog post, and while I believe it to be very helpful in understanding the theoretical model behind what I have to offer, please note that this is where my future instructional videos will be posted.

I will not be offering live classes because they suffer the same pitfalls of in person group classes, which is the individual unconscious incorrect patterns go unnoticed and become engrained in our daily lives, wrecking havoc on our potential.

With the time we have been given, I believe it's finally time to change your practice for the better, rather than continue with the status quo.

My future videos will demonstrate this new thinking, they will be small instructional videos of exercises and movement, and I hope they help you grow your practice.
