I strongly believe it can alleviate mental stress or worry, opening up yourย hip flexors, groin muscles, and hip rotator muscles .

Similar to plank exercises this yoga pose will strengthen your back and spine, it helps improve posture and flexibility. My advice is to stay up till 5 seconds and then eventually build up to 30 seconds.
