GUAVA LEAVES FOR WEIGHT LOSS

If you are planning to lose weight, guava leaf is one of the most effective home remedy to help you achieve your goals! Guava leaves aids in weight loss by inhibiting the complex starches from being turned into sugars. Treatment of Diarrhea and Dysentery:

Guava leaves are herbal remedy for diarrhea and dysentery. For treating diarrhea, boil 30 grams of guava leaves with a handful of rice flour in 1-2 glasses of water and drink this concoction twice a day. MORNING TEA TO BOOST IMMUNITY

INGREDIENTS :

If you did grow up in the village like me, recall how grandparents will prepare this bitter concoction and give you to sip, anytime fever rears it head. It is still a game changer any day for a health protocol. The ancient "landmark" (wisdom) still prevails.

Look around your environment and find these healthy variants of tea leaves, including but not limited to mango, paw-paw, sour-sop or lemon grass leaves. Not more than 10 leaves, please. You only need to boil for about 10 or 15 minutes, filter and drink. Some taste are not very palatable. Especially if paw-paw or neem leaves are part of the mix. So get ready for a "serious slap to your taste bud". Size of the cup like in the picture should be about 250ml only per day. Reserve the rest against the next day.

Never use sugar with it. Drinking hot is advantageous. Honey is very ok. Adding a squeeze of lime, Apple Cider Vinegar [ACV] or a dash of cinnamon is great.

I chewed a thumb of raw ginger, garlic and turmeric as seen in the picture.

Guava Tea Side Effects:

1. Complications for pregnant women. Usually, guava leaf tea is known to improve. And, this is through uterine cleaning. Therefore, pregnant women are advised not to use it since it can clean the foetus out too.

Using guava leaves on your hair can leave it feeling soft and looking lustrous, while thickening its volume. A guava leaf lotion is the simplest thing to make. Follow the steps below to make your very own guava leaf hair care solution that will battle hair fall and promote hair growth.

You Will Need

A handful of guava leaves.
1 liter of water
A pot for boiling.
Strainer

Preparation

Pour the water into the pot and place it on the stove. Bring the water to a boil.To the boiling water, add the guava leaves.Let the water boil for 20 minutes.Strain the liquid and let it cool.

Wash and cleanse your hair with shampoo and skip conditioning.

Once your hair is almost dry, section it and start applying the guava leaf solution.

Massage the solution into your scalp for at least 10 minutes and ensure that all of your hair saturated with it.

Pay extra attention to the roots and tips while you apply the solution.

You can leave this solution on for up to 2 hours.

Optionally, you can wrap your hair in a towel and sleep with the solution in your hair
