If you did grow up in the village like me, recall how grandparents will prepare this bitter concoction and give you to sip, anytime fever rears it head. It is still a game changer any day for a health protocol. The ancient "landmark" (wisdom) still prevails.
Look around your environment and find these healthy variants of tea leaves, including but not limited to mango, paw-paw, sour-sop or lemon grass leaves. Not more than 10 leaves, please. You only need to boil for about 10 or 15 minutes, filter and drink. Some taste are not very palatable. Especially if paw-paw or neem leaves are part of the mix. So get ready for a "serious slap to your taste bud". Size of the cup like in the picture should be about 250ml only per day. Reserve the rest against the next day.
Never use sugar with it. Drinking hot is advantageous. Honey is very ok. Adding a squeeze of lime, Apple Cider Vinegar [ACV] or a dash of cinnamon is great.
