A small snippet of my Leg day workout. This is me doing a barbell complex composed of Zombie squats, Zercher squats, and Hang cleans. All three of these movements are good for keeping your core tight and your upper body upright during squats. Try these out at the end of your leg day. ( I went heavy during my workout so I finished with light weight)

A quick snippet of today’s workout. Working on my deadlift speed and form. I worked up to 405lb (light weight) letting it down slowly to really get the most out of the movement. Let’s just say it’s way more to come.

Yesterday we laid to rest one of the influential people in my life. He was more than just a grandfather to me. He was my mentor, friend, and the closet thing I’ve had to a father.
