Back at it again this morning with a PULL workout 🔥 I’ve been running 15+ miles every week for the past 5 weeks training for my first half- marathon 🥺 I started training because well.. running long distance is a weakness of mine. But the past 5 weeks I’ve been able to stay consistent and surpass my mile times.
