That’s why I incorporate techniques like EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) to help my clients achieve their desires and break free from limiting beliefs. I’ve had a few recent messages about certain health products to help prevent cancer but these are my important tips to do first. 1) Reduce the use of toxins in your home: Many common household cleaning products and personal care items contain harmful chemicals that have been linked to cancer. According to the Environmental Working Group (EWG), the average household contains about 62 toxic chemicals. The average woman uses 12 personal care products containing 168 different chemicals daily.These chemicals can contribute to indoor air pollution and increase the risk of various cancers. By opting for natural, non-toxic alternatives, you can reduce your exposure to harmful substances and lower your cancer risk. 2) Eat organic foods where possible - Glyphosate is the active ingredient in the popular herbicide Roundup, and it has been classified as a human carcinogen by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC). Studies have linked glyphosate exposure to an increased risk of cancer, particularly non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Choosing organic foods reduces your exposure to glyphosate and other synthetic pesticides, lowering your cancer risk. 3) Limit alcohol consumption: Alcohol consumption is a well-established risk factor for several types of cancer, including breast, liver, colorectal, and esophageal cancer. Even 1 glass of wine per day increases your cancer risk but the higher consumption the shier the impact. 4) Avoid seed oils (in many ingredient lists) like sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, and vegetable oil which are high in omega-6 fatty acids, which, when consumed in excess, promotes inflammation in the body. These oils are often processed at high temperatures, leading to oxidation and the formation of harmful compounds. Chronic inflammation is a known risk factor for cancer development. Lower the use of oils and choose healthier fats like olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil to reduce inflammation and lower cancer risk. ***Continued in the comments
