PT CLIENT UPDATE!
A Real Influencer!!
Amazing 8 wks work !!!!!!!!
My client 45yrs old started in May (2/5/24). Completed her 14th session today and I feel I need to post as this is a true example of making lifestyle changes!! The results are great, in a short period due to applying the guidelines and achieving a nicer bikini bod for the holiday season!!!
Weighed at 10st1 and now 9st9.
28.7% body fat down from 30.5%
6 inch total body loss.
Waist an amazing 2 inch loss. Now 25 inches from 27
1 inch loss round bust
1.5 inch loss round chest
3/4 round hips
1/4 round thigh
3/4 round arm
My client does so well to stick to calorie intake. Incorporated the gym into her regime. Monitors her protein intake. Cut out alcohol as like most 40 somethings, hangovers are terrible! ๐ซฃ Recognised, like myself, is a binge drinker! Cant stop at 2, next day is unproductiveโฆโฆ..so just cut it all out!! My clients a business owner herself and I find most people passionate enough to throw themselves into a business possess that addictive personality!!! ALL or NOTHINGโฆโฆ..so if you can apply that to the other side of alcohol intake and drink none itโs an admirable choice!! My clients stopped drinking since January! ๐ I really need to take a leaf out her book! ๐ซฃ
Photos really do say so much and itโs better than that number on the scale!!!
There are so many other important aspects to looking after yourself; than dropping that number on the scale!!

PT CLIENT UPDATE
Back to Work with a Superstar Client & Friend.
Meet my client Leeann, who has achieved over a stone in weight loss and maintained a nice weight! ๐
Leeann started PT on the 23rd August 2023, weighing 10st 10Ibs. By the end of her 3rd block on the 19th Dec 2023 (17 wks from starting date) she weighed 9st 7 Ibs. A total loss of 1 stone 3Ibs ๐๐๐ Weighing again on 9th June 2024 Leeann is 9st 8Ibs.
Leeann attended 1x45 mins PT sessions a wk. This was her first time doing hypertrophy weight training that consisted of major compound exercises like deadlifts, bench press, squats etc.
Very similar to other clients Leeann had back pain. She struggled to function, wasted money on mattresses, had terrible sleeps, would end up on the couch, needed help due to her sedentary job and felt as if she was physically restricted way before her time!
At first squatting was difficult, not much movement but her enthusiasm, determination and strength really shone through. For instance, at the start of the first block she managed 59s plank but now achieving an amazing 2m20s plank, indicating a much stronger core.
She could only rep an 8kg KB 2x with her right arm, 8x with her Left to now 25 with right and 27 with Left. Way stronger!!!! Leeann progressed really quickly lifting weights, increasing to a heavier load sooner than expected.
The rest of her body composition results are as follows:-
Body fat was 28% now 24.6%
Muscle mass 35.6% now 37.4%
BMI was 23.5 now BMI 21.6
Body fat in kgs was 19KG now 15.3KG
Leeanns body measurement results have been amazing too. Losing a total of 9.25 inches from around her body.
Bust was 32 now 31
Chest was 29 now 27
Waist was 26.5 now 24.25
Hips was 36.5 now 34.25
Thigh was 17.5 now 15.75
Calves was 14 now 13
Biceps was 9.75 now 8.75
Forearm 5.5 now 5.25
Leeann is extremely good at maintaining her target calorie intake. Cutting out all the sugary, junk food products from her diet and sticking to minimal amounts of food she enjoys. It really is finding your own way with your food, eat food that makes you happy but aim to cut out alot of the crap, reduce portion sizes, prepare your meals, measure out especially at the start to visualise quantities & set limits on alcohol. If you donโt buy it, you wonโt consume it!
Leeann has commented on clothes feeling better, fitting better and is enjoying better muscle definition particularly her arms. She feels stronger, has no back pain and has no problem sleeping now! Now sheโs hitting the holiday season sheโs increased to two sessions a week to feel even better in her bikini.
Her great attitude has been applied to her PT training to get her fantastic results. Super proud as her PT and friend to post about her performance as Iโd be a really s**t friend and PT if this didnโt work!! Sheโs a hard client to have because most times we just want to sit and have a coffee but I say Noooooooo most times! ๐คฃ๐คฃ

On holiday I listened to alot of podcasts and studies proved that the 3 main body parts to keep strong and healthy is your 1. heart 2. lungs and number 3 is THIGHS!!! Why because they keep you mobile and active! Without mobility everything goes! Your body goes, brain goes and therefore ability to function & interact! Another study proved that the more friendships you have the longer you will live!! Socialising, interacting with different people and doing things for a community keep you alive. Decades of research shows friends help you live a happier, healthier and longer life. So nurture your friendships!!!! ๐

Unbelievable results. Not even a year doing PT at two x 45mins sessions a wk!!! No back pain anymore. Sticking to a fitness regime. Improved posture. Better horse riding technique for work! Wearing bikinis on holiday. ๐๐
Victoria started June 2023. Recorded weight was 12st 4Ibs. 30.9% body fat, BMI 24.6. Now on 23rd May weighing at 10st 5Ibs. 23.8 % body fat. BMI 20.8.
1 year next month doing PT.
Nearly 2 stone loss.
21 inch loss around body.
Approx 7% body fat loss.
Bust 36.5 now 34.25
Chest 31.5 now 28
Waist 31.75 now 25
Hips 37.25 now 33.5
Thigh 17.5 now 15.75
Calves 12.5 now 12
Biceps 10 now 8.75
Forearm 6.5 now 5.5
Fitness test examples!!!!! Wall sit started out at 34s, now an amazing 3mins 16. Press-up started out at 30 on knees in 1min, now 40 full press-ups in 1 min.
Victoria has improved her eating over the last year. Better choices. Reduced her calories. Less take aways, only had 1 chippie so far in the year haha! But used the myfitness pal at the start to become more aware of her calorie intake. Iโm glad to say that she can still easily get out of bed in the morning as previously she had unbelievable back pain that resulted in her rolling out onto her knees before getting up!!!!! ALL THAT hassle in the morn is gone!! ๐๐๐
Lastly the photos!!!!! I highly recommend taking before photos before any weightloss journey!!!! We always remember how we feel when looking at photos!! We can remember our mood, how our clothes fit, what dress size we are wearing, how we feel about ourselves in general so that when we compare new photos we can feel just exactly how well we have done!! A great sense of achievement looking at photos! They can also spur you on!!!
Absolutely brilliant work! Followed advice but still having those social events that we know can knock you off track but itโs all in moderation but more importantly never giving up!!!!! Donโt give up exercise EVER!!!!!!! Itโs so important mentally, physically, emotionally and medically!!!
Life is a rollercoaster but as a PT I can strongly see through my clients that focusing on your own well being can get you through tough times.
Massive well done Victoria!!!! Be proud of yourself. Itโs finally come together. Not bad at all for 43 ๐ ๐๐๐
