While I’m having the most amazing #staycation in Scotland with perfect weather the photo’s I’ve taken don’t do it justice. Here is a little video of the peace & tranquility I’m experiencing. Inspired by my lovely friend Aly@calmcentretherapies I will put a video of some of my photos together over the coming days. We’ve seen red squirrel, deer and dolphin ( while sitting having breakfast if you can believe it) on this holiday. No sight of birds of prey but there is still one full day left so who knows 🤞
So when the shops begin to open up and you don’t want to go shopping but you want to #supportlocal and you meet your friend who’s wearing a nice crisp white summer dress from the shop she works in @littlebluefinch and presto sold. Thank you Liz; I love my new dress 💕
Practicing “safe distancing” today at the beach. You can’t quite hear my voice over the wind but this is for anyone “self isolating”. I hope the sound of nature’s wind & sea will help you connect back to source! Alternatively you can do as I did and visualise the wind as St Germaine’s violet flame blazing through your body.
