Info: During this retreat we will be exploring the connection between our heart and brain. The communication between our heart and brain is an extremely responsive route for how our nervous system is able to settle, soothe and regulate breath and immunity. In this retreat we will explore how we can support this connection, including practices focusing on compassion, self-care and nourishment. The heart and the brain are deeply connected, and you can sense this connection through heart-brain coherence practices helping you feel more joy, increased energy and vitality, better decision-making abilities, and improved mental and physical health outcomes.

Yin yoga is a slow, floor-based practice that involves holding poses for extended periods to target deep connective tissues, promoting flexibility and tension release. In this Harp accompanied yoga class, I will guide you through each pose, offering various modifications to suit your comfort level. Once we are settled into the pose, I will create space and silence for you to fully immerse yourself in the beautiful melodies created by Delyth playing the harp in the background. Combining the gentle, meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the soothing melodies of a harp will create a truly enriching and immersive experience. ✨

This is a faster paced style of yoga that’s focused on building strength and endurance. It is also an excellent yoga practice for improving overall fitness.
