I’m looking for some guidance as to how I can work with these Evolved O***a samples that have dried up & crystallized (well, pic 3 still has some drying to do. there is a little bit ‘o sludge still at the bottom).

I’ve never had samples crystallize before. I don’t want this medicina to go to waste, but I’m still learning (Always), so I’d LOVE to receive some ideas from those of you that have experience with them.

Elevate is a Crystal Bowl Soundbath, where Lotus Rose utilizes different forms of Breathwork & an array of Sound Healing tools to create a Safe Space for individuals to Connect More Deeply to their Life experiences, as they begin or continue to Nurture the Healing Journey for their Bodies, Minds & Souls.

Sound Healing is part of an Ancient practice where our Ancestors used Sound Frequencies & Vibrations to Connect to Higher Realms in the Spiritual planes, while simultaneously easing our Minds & Healing our Bodies in this physical one.

Through some soft Guidance, my Intention is to assist those in attendance with shifting out of some low vibrational thoughts & frequency patterns that are not serving your Highest Purpose. These misalignments are held in the bones, muscles, DNA of our bodies & by doing this work, we can learn to Effortlessly Flow into more Empowering ways of Thinking, Feeling and approaching difficult challenges, in & out of the Ceremony space.
