today is MY 6 YEAR CLIMBAVERSARY 🤘🏽⛰🎇 so I thought I would post this throwback (circa 2017) vid of me bouldering a route called, Spiral Traverse (Stoney Point), since this project took me a few trips out to the crag to Finally send. also, I don’t really boulder much outside (I prefer ropes!), so I’m InJoying the nostalgia from when I did boulder & was Actually Strong 😵‍💫 (I wonder if I can still send this route 🤔 haha). anywho, stepping into a climbing gym 6 years ago Def marks a Milestone for one of the Most Major Life changes I’ve experienced to date! ❤️‍🔥 I F**kin’ LOVE climbing! & I Am Grateful for the way this sport has upleveled my physical strength, my emotional strength, my ability to face & Conquer challenges/fears (like my fear of heights 😓) as well as helping me to be more Confident, more grounded in my body & more Aware of the hows & whys my body works the way She does (Knowledge Is Power) ⚡️ through all the friends that have come & gone, & ESP to the ones that are still around, I LOVE YOU! & I Thank You for being a part of my Soul’s Journey ✨ I plan to climb for many, Many, MANY MORE years! & though I haven’t been As dedicated to this version of MySelf lately, I know that is just the ebb & flow of Life 🌊 & one thing is for sure, climbing will never leave me. & I Promise not to ever fully leave climbing 💞 I guess I can say that climbing & I will always have a…Rock Solid relationship 🫣🤭🙈 hehe. I felt Tremendously Uncomfortable (not with the fact that she filmed me experiencing this Beautyfull moment with the Sun, with the Wind, with the Sand, with the Ocean, with MySelf. THANK YOU for capturing this @stace.soulstress) but I felt uncomfortable because I have never been able to achieve the tighter core & the more “fit” muscular body that I have Always wanted. & I have Always held judgements towards my midsection (my pooch) & my saddlebags. I have never achieved the rock climber body I see so many other women having (I also have to admit that I have never Fully Committed MySelf to achieving the body I Crave because a part of me is lazy & doesn’t fully LOVE to workout much, while another part of me just LOVES THE F**K out of food & I allow MySelf to Indulge in that experience of Life, without much discipline. though this has shifted a Lot since I first experienced Kambo & since I started Urine Therapy). & so I thought, there is No WaY I will post this clip… which is Exactly WHY I Am posting this clip! Posted @withregram • @mpowerment_ yesterday, I helped my mom Heal a piece of her Inner Child, while simultaneously Healing mine. we broke a cycle & stepped out of a toxic loop that we’ve experienced for, what I’m sure has been Many Lifetimes. there is still a Lot MORE to work through. for the Both of us. but I feel that I can now Stay In The Seat Of My Soul when triggered by her, so that from a Grounded Awareness, I can guide a non-toxic conversation filled with Boundaries, Kindness & LOVE ✨💖✨ this is the Power I have. this is the Power We ALL have 👁 my mom & I have a Very Strong Karmic bond. & I feel most of our shared past lives have been very toxic connections. but I will Not continue to feed into that version of our story. & yesterday proved to me that by doing the work to Heal my own bratty Inner Child-Self, I could Choose to hold space with more patience for hers. & that we can learn to communicate in a way we Never have before in this Lifetime 🤗 it was quite the experience! 💫 & I Actually am looking forward to seeing her again today & continuing to do the work!!! 🌀 I LOVE my mom. but I have never been able to InJoy my mom. & I can already feel that shifting. from 1 Loving, Consciousness, Boundary Setting, Compassionate & Patience having conversation, I Am creating a safe space for the both of us to Love & InJoy each other as WHO WE CHOOSE TO BE. with Full Acceptance. instead of trying to force each other to be the versions that we want the other to be. ❤️I Am ECSTATIC for what’s to come❤️ #InnerChild #InnerChildWork #InnerChildHealing #Healing #Mother #Mom #Daughter #BreakingTheCycle #BreakingThePattern #Choice #LOVE
