Ginger can help soothe an upset stomach and provides anti-inflammatory properties, just like other ingredients in this smoothie.⁠

1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Make sure that you thoroughly blend the kale because you do not want kale chunks swimming in your smoothie when you drink it.⁠
2. If the smoothie is too thick, pour in a little more water and then blend until you reach your desired consistency.⁠
3. Divide between two cups and enjoy.⁠
