August’s class will be focusing on helping you relieve Neck & Shoulder Pain!

What a problem area for most people!

We hold so much tension in our neck and shoulders. From looking down at our phones, to work & life positions that cause posture imbalances. Not to forget to mention injuries or deterioration in our cervical spines!

Also think about adding up all the stresses we hold in our life that get stored in our muscles! Know that what your mind forgets, your physical body & energetic body (chakras) don’t forget until we make a conscious intention to release these.

Sometimes it takes multiple times & approaches to release energetic & emotional baggage, as we heal & process emotions. This class will help you learn how to do release from your neck & shoulders as part of regular self care.

This workshop is loaded with mobility & self massage tips that will help you to learn how to feeling better!

This class includes:

•Gentle stretching for all body types, helping to open our mobility.

•Self massage techniques to relieve pain, soften tight muscles & increase curculation.

With the coming of spring (really, it's coming!) it's time to celebrate the Earth, and the remarkable miracle of nature. And, Daughters of Earth, YOU are part of that miracle. The renewal, the chance for new starts, the time when all is possibility and we look forward with hope.

For this year's Celebrating Women event, we've got a great line up. Here's what we've got planned so far:

Friday afternoon drum circle, Keynote presentations (speakers & music), and Pajama party (open mic style). Saturday Silent Auction, Marketplace, Ceremony and High Holy Hoopla. Sunday Sound Bath, Closing Ceremony and Art Raffle winner, Dances of Universal Peace. Connecting, soaking, nature, and workshops!

Saturday Workshops so far, Self Defense for Women, Yoga, Practical Magic, Singing, Sound Healing, Soul Collage (Vision Board), Somatic Movement, Tarot & Manifesting, Bees Initiation and more. We are still looking for some outdoor workshop activities. Do you have a connection to nature that you can share?

Registration: Last year we implemented online registration and payment. All went well, so this year, with a few refinements, we'll be doing so again. Dates are not yet set, so look for future announcements. Probably late June.

The Marketplace. Start thinking about participating as a vendor, perhaps doing readings, selling your art or jewelry, promoting your own business? (No upfront fee. Flexible booth time.) Watch for the official Call for Vendors in June.

In support of this year's theme, we invite art, movement, music, and healing processes that will facilitate women to discover their unique qualities, access their strengths, come together for mutual support, and envision their personal role in growing a more compassionate and inclusive world.

Workshops are 90 minutes. Presenters receive a 1/2 price registration discount.

Last year, we were reunited. We rose like the Phoenix and found that we were, indeed, Stronger Together! The energy of a mutually supportive group of women can be a powerful force!

What is this power we are embracing?

Not power over others. Not power in competition. Not power for personal gain. No.

More like the power of a thunderous rainstorm which brings flowers to the desert. More like the power a young sprout taps into to grow into a magnificent oak. More like the power of a mother focusing inward as she gives birth. More like the power of a thousand women singing in harmony, a song that brings balance and healing for all.

Let’s be THAT kind of power, Daughters of Earth!

Each woman has her own gifts and passions to blend into the collective empowerment of women. We hope that you will bring yours to our next gathering of Celebrating Women.

A few of the other paintings I have been working to get prints of! Thank you friends who have been supporting me in this process.😚💕💕🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰 I've had 2 different photo shoots of them & 3 different printers this week! I found an awesome company online & I should get the proofs of these & the Bitteroot painting in a couple weeks! If they turn out good, they'll be up in my shop in the new year! Wish me luck! It's been quite the feat trying to make this dream come true. 😋🫶💕

Registration is $40, plus day use fee at Boulder. If you want dinner there, reserve & prepay for your meal with Boulder.

•Saturday all day includes:

Marketplace, Workshops, Silent Auction, Phoenix Rising Ceremony and Evening Celebration. End the night with some magical dancing & drumming!

Saturday is $80 registration for CW + day use fee for Boulder. Please reserve & pay for your meals as well, if you'd like to eat there with us.

⛺️ Another option is to camp! Bring your camper or tent & Boulder has plenty of room for you to become one with the beautiful land there.You can spend the whole weekend with us if you want!

(FYI there are no hook ups for rv/campers)

Shaun has been actively involved in Celebrating Women since the beginning, as participant, workshop presenter, musician, and for eleven years, as coordinator. She is also a psychotherapist, a shamanic healing practitioner, a mentor, and a wordsmith. We can't wait to be inspired by the sacred wisdom and authentic passion she will bring to our Phoenix Rising theme!
