If a 97 year old can intentionally take a walk daily, what are you waiting for?

Still on oral health...brush after every meal or at least after breakfast and last thing at night (after flossing).

At other times, it is a great idea to rinse your mouth with water after eating.

This is a keystone habit to great health. What are you waiting for?

GOOD EVENING! It has been a while.... but I couldn't help but post this during this lockdown....

Tomorrow, is Monday, the start of a new week, many of us will be tempted to spend it relaxing. That will be a great mistake..

So here's what I advise for the week.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸพGo to bed each evening at your usual time ... as if you will be going out to work etc the next morning.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ Wake up each morning and run with your morning routine like you are going out ... including having a bath and dressing up neatly - not necessarily your work clothes but look good for those you share the house with.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ If you are working from home this season, then move on to your work table as if you are in the office. Please ensure family members do not disturb...politely broker some accord.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸพOtherwise, Spend the first 3 or so hours of the day, doing something that relates to your work. E.g. a chef ... read books on new recipes,spices etc or try your hands at something new.
A trader can research on how to be a better sales person etc.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿพ From after lunchtime, you can move on to other things - personal growth, spiritual growth including leisure time.

Go to bed... on time.

*The bottomline is to try to keep your daily schedule as always had been such that though you are confined to your home space, you are adding value daily. It makes the day less tiring......

The truth is that your travel time is eliminated and that's a lot of time saving (particularly for Lagosians) such that you can still live your normal life and still have ample time for fun.
