Most valuable video of the summer!
Foot health is so important for ALL athletes. This simple routine you can do before after training and or before bed can become a habit that can be the
difference between performing your best or sitting out with injuries to the ankle, knee, hip, lower back, shoulder or neck!
Thank you @cresseysportsperformance

It’s a Lancer WIN!!!!

“Team” strength coaches get their players ready for the NFL and for college. Don’t doubt the work we put into you to get you ready for the next level! 🔥

This was during Covid when I was desparetly trying to keep everyone active and ready in case we were allowed to return to sports. Jay sent me this video of his “home made ball retractor 🎾💪🏼”. He was so proud of himself! Always made it over twice a week after tennis practice to get his lifts in….missing you Jay.🥺💔

And……..it’s an @londonderryhockey State Championship Win!!!!

From @_amandarobinson_ ‘s Gymnastics coach: She had praise for her seniors, “Amanda worked hard all season to get new skills on bars and beam, which she hit all of those skills on her events. Her drive and dedication during practices and at meets will truly be missed next year.” Her drove and dedication in the weight-room will also be missed! Amanda stayed consistent with her in season training all winter! Spring track up next! Her training partner in this video @abbyharringtonn has also been crushing her training sessions and will play volleyball for WPI!

Keep Training!
Supervised smart programming, thinking outside the box, understanding injury restrictions, and having a “tool box” full of choices allows most athletes with injuries to continue training. If you think of each limb as 25% you have 75% you can still work with. Bonus is some of the strength gained will transfer to the injured limb! Overall the athlete is kept mentally and physically “fresh” which benefits the healing process and prepares them for a full return to play when they are cleared! We were able to keep @michael.thistle34 at one station where he completed ✔️ Bench Press paired with 3 way band pulls. DB Incline paired with @ancoretraining pull downs. ✔️ Inclined Db curls paired with @ancoretraining tricep pressdowns. When he becomes more mobile we will add in some single leg strength for his non injured side! Be smart! Not training is not an option with solid communication and supervised training!

LETS GO!!!!
