This page is designed to provide you with bits of knowledge for a better, healthier you. It is my belief that eating "clean" or healthy, should not be something thought of as nasty or unmanageable but rather fun and full of diversity. As I started my journey for a better me, I initially thought that eating clean meant giving up on my taste buds and eating fish with tasteless veggies all day. Not g
oing to lie, I had a very nice six pack, but it was too much to handle- way too strict- so I fell off the wagon and ate horribly and did not exercise. I don't know how or when it happened, but I decided that there had to be a way to eat healthy and still enjoy what I ate. During my "research" I found that you can essentially upgrade any of your favorite dish into a more health conscious meal. The key to maintaining a healthier lifestyle (and still have a killer stomach) is to know how to substitute the bad for the good and being prepared! Keeping it Fit will provide you with those substitutes; anywhere from treats, to drinks and meals! If at any point you would like me to upgrade one of your favorite meals into a more health conscious plate, be sure to ask :) I will do my best!
