This morning I went for it and done a good job Went for a journey around London 36km bumped into my friend along the way too
Set a personal Record today linked up with (professional cyclist lol 😂) and on my journey, joined theirs and continued after we split. 35km furthest I’ve done in one go. I’m proud of myself.

Another Day Another
Finally completed the May challenge last night I was knackered I couldn’t do it so I done it first thing this morning 🏃
Hit the bag to warm down I’m back in full effect now... consistency is key I been in the gym everyday for the last week or so started back in January with 3 days a week upped in since Feb started
ride warm up now chest day begins
This wheel ting is dangerous but I promise I will by next week or week after be able to get down lower
Chest day not filming today I need to focus a bit more
Ain’t nothing like letting off steam and stress by hitting the bag for 45 mins 3 min rounds 1 min rest
After watching on I have slowly started to transition over to plant based this is a meal I made it consists of
2 Vegans Steaks
Sweet Potato and Carrot Mash
1/2 Cucumber
1 Small Tomato
Quick leg session today with a quick core and lower chest blast !!!
